As a Club Wood return for pre-season training with sessions taking place every Monday & Wednesday evenings kicking off on Monday July 10th with a 19:15 meet for a 19:30 sharp start @ The Wood.

Please bring boots/trainers/water and a decent pair of lungs..which allegedly may be an asset or so I have been told.

This season we have two open aged teams in each of the Essex Olympian League, The Mid Essex League and The Brentwood Sunday League.
Also two O35's and one O45 side in the Essex Veterans League.
