The 2021/22 is the first season that the Club has had an Over 45 team. they will be managed by the evergreen ex player and Manager of many a Wood side over the decades Danny Baines .
They are competing in in The Essex Veterans League O45 Division 2 (W) .
Promoted to The Essex Veterans League Division 1 (W) for the 2022/23 season with the aging Danny Baines continuing in charge they They managed to complete the League and Division Cup Double.
The following season 23/24 as Champions they were promoted to the Essex Veteran's League Premier Division where they finished a commendable forth in their first season in the top flight.

Danny Baines continued as manager for the 2024/25 & 2025/26 in the O45 Premier Division where they finished 7th in both seasons.

Mr Danny Baines — ex player, serial manager, league and cup double winner, and now our esteemed Chairman — will once again lead the Over 45s into the 2026/27 season.
The O45s remain in the Essex Veterans League Premier Division, with Baines guiding the squad like a man who’s seen every type of Sunday morning hangover football imaginable — and still somehow gets results.
