Wood return for pre-season training with sessions taking place every Monday & Wednesday evenings kicking off on Monday July 4th with a 19:15 meet for a 19:30 sharp start @ The Wood.
Please bring boots/trainers/water and a decent pair of lungs..may be an asset or so i have been told.

We have open aged teams in the Essex Olympian League,The Mid Essex League,The Brentwood Sunday League also two O35's and one O45 side in the Essex Veterans League.
