The Wood Vets lifted the Premier Division League Cup on Friday night at Aveley FC.
With an own goal from a Blackmore defender on 14 minutes after he was put under pressure by Joe Pyne.
Then on 28 mins a sublime chip from man of the match Danny Gillard from just inside the Blackmore half which beat the keeper all ends up to put Wood 2-0.
The second half was evenly contested with both sides having chances to score without success with Wood running out eventual winners.
