John Field is pleased to say he’s added to his management team by way of long-time friend and ally Rod Edwards who has become his assistant manager.
Rod who is excited at the prospect of his new role at the club, having spent more years than in cares to admit to in and around the Wood, he has played for all of our sides with League & Cup successes along the way most recently for our O45’s Double winning side last season.
Rod said that “He’s looking forward to try and help turn the Wood fortunes around”

Also joining is Jordan Manzo match-day assistant/player, a right back who has been involved with senior football since the age of 17 with clubs such as Bishops Stortford,Dunmow Town & Hashtag Utd.
Jordan said “he’s looking forward to his new role alongside continuing to play if selected”
He also has his own 1-2-1 football coaching business and will be using his knowledge to support the club management teams.
